How much to spend on Turbo Installation
Install it yourself, having someone else do it is asking for trouble
however, its always good to learn by doin it yourself.

helms, good lighting, and tools is all ya need.
diy is great for knowledge but can be a pain when u need to buy parts to make things fit. Especially when you dont have a ride and the store is miles away. Then your bicycle becomes your best friend.

DIY!!!!!! I had no knowledge except for honda-tech to assist me. Thats what we are here for. Plus, if something goes wrong, you can fix it yourself, not to mention how much you learn about your car. Just takes patience. If your concerned about ******* up or something like that, it is really hard to **** up the install. I mean u gotta realllllllllllly **** up to **** up. Everything is so straight foward. I would go for it if I were you
Its not knowing how to do it. I think its a matter of time, tools and gettting help from a others while doing it. Plus its a pain in the *** when one screw won't budge
yes do it yourself. you will learn a lot. i did my first install without any knowledge and got a lot of hep from scott coughwell of overboost.com. now i have built my own custom turbo set up and doing my own tuning.

$500-$800 is so much money once you have done a turbo install yourself. Everyone should know how to install and un-install their turbo for smog. Besides what if you want to build your engine or you damage your engine in some way you will have to pay for another install on top of everything else.
I want to install mine myself to save some money.....but I still need the oil lines and a downpipe Fab'd. Will any downpipe made for another B-Series turbo kit work as long as it will connect to the correct side of my turbo do? I want a 3".
