Default Crome, Uberdata, Neptune etc. control Vtec?

Can or does any of these programs control the vtec actuation point? If not can a a vtec controller (apexi, fields, etc) be used and it not mess up the tuning done on these programs? Or is there another way to get around this?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

All of those programs control the vtec points. Using a vtec controller will mess with the tuning, yes...

Unless you leave everything else in the vtec controller alone, but then you wasted time and money. Chipping is the key.
