I've got the urge to.......

paint my 2001 CW ITR to Phoenix Yellow
everytime I see one on the street I jizz.
Wonder how it would look... PY ITR with red interior..
what do you guys think?

If you want to, why not? If you do decide to do it, make sure it's done right. Just know that it will affect resale value negatively.

Dude just trade someone for it, I am sure there are alot of people that want to get rid of "Rice boy yellow" and step into "the Original",

That's a few g's you'll be spending to get it done right. Imagine what that could do to speed up the car instead.

You're better off trading it in.

any doubts I had about having a yellow car went flying out the window when I had my accident. It was the dead of night, in the rain. Do you think anyone would have noticed a black R crashing into the barrier and spinning across the highway until it was too late? So in my case, it's not "HEY! LOOKIT ME! HEY! PULL ME OVER! HEY!" yellow...it's "Don't hit me" yellow. I can honestly say that Phoenix Yellow saved my life.

... CW is nice and I was looking up the value of my 2001 PY ITR and the color did lower the price and there a lot of new yellow cars.. but that feeling I get everytime i see my car rules...

Keep the CW or paint it to other unique Type R color.. there are already too may PY R.. Probably a red or the metalic steel or the new RSX/Integra Type R blue??
