Default Weird Problem

I have a 92 SI Vtec Prelude and i am having a very strange idle problem, which seems to be caused by changes in power. When the car is completely warm and when something electrical changes, mainly me taking out my seat belt the idle will start to fluctuate. You can hear the induction sucking n air up and down. It doesnt fluctuate that much, it does it between 800-1100rpm. I have tried all the fixes to do with the idle problem. I have:

Cleaned the screen on the IACV and tried another one
Tightened the screw on the FITV
Changed the Fuel Filter
Cleaned the EGR Valve
Ran Injector clener through the system
Bleeded the Coolant system of Air Bubbles

and i am still getting the idle problem. I could try and get a video with sound of the problem if that helps,

but i would appriciate any help on this. Cheers

Try checking for vacuum leaks on the intake manifold.
