Well today I managed to somehow impulsively buy an aem cold air intake from a friend of mine. My car is a 90 crx si with factory engine but prior to installing the CAI I had a generic short ram pipe with a tiny HKS foam filter. After I installed the AEM CAI I must say that I'm quite impressed with the gains. The temps here are very cool and I thought that installing the AEM CAI wouldn't make a difference unless it was hot out.

The CAI is amazing! so much more midband power and a bit more low end power. I couldn't tell if the high end power was any better.

Anyone here have a link of reliable dyno numbers for the crx AEM CAI?

here is a link from the temple of vtec.com reveiw http://www.vtec.net/articles/v...86660 .. they have a dyno chart at the end. this thread is interesting because i always knew that all cai are not created equal.. but i havent really seen dyno numbers until now.
