Another Type-R bites the dust :(
I knew I'd eventually have to make this post. My Integra Type-R was stolen on May 19th and recovered on May 28th.
Here's what they took:
--------------------------
-Engine
-Transmission
-Front bumper
-Wing
-Recaro SRD front seats
-JDM ITR rear seats
-Door panels, entire interior
-Gauge cluster
-All suspension components [replaced with 4-lug Integra components by thieves]
-Brakes
-Wheels
The real question here is why didn't they take my OEM optional kit?
This is the second Integra that's been stolen from me in two years, so I'm done with Integras. I really wanted to buy a PY ITR until I realized that then I'd probably [indirectly] be the cause of death of yet another Type-R, and so I decided against it.

dam that is a tough break, sorry it had to go that way, it looks and sounds like it was a pretty dam clean car when it was on the road though, props for that

first and formost im sorry that those ******* thievs got their hands on your R man but its sad that skylinedo would rather see a R wreck so structurly it would never be the same to rebuild. where i look at it as one mans trash is anothers mans tresure. it might sound harsh but one mans missfourtune is anothers oppertunity to rebuild a R with just parts that are replaced like interior, suspention, and a motor that are found on this very site with some time and devotion and cash. im not saying that id like to see R's get stolen so others can own then and rebuild them but if a R is gonna get fucked up and you know they are cause at some point all cars **** up i would rather see R's show up at actuions striped then crashed imo! srorry about the spelling.
