Default Reassembly-I need some numbers!

I just finished having some head work done on my 98 base lude with a full turbonetics kit on it- I went ahead and got a clutch but now the problem is i cant find a book or the torqe specs, I need the torqe specs and tightening sequence for the head studs, and the head nuts, and also for the clutch and flywheel. I could also really use some to tell me how to retime the camshafts and crank and then retighten the timing belt because i belive i have the h23 manual tensioner.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated-

Thanks

Ryan

Definetely! Except he needs a 98

Seriously, buy the Helms manual. Its worth every penny and more with the money you save in damaged parts, paying a mechanic to do it, etc...

I like to call it a bible since it is over 1500 pages and when some *** starts to post misinformation I can open to "Ezekiel 25:17" and tell them to STFU. Nothing like "Bible thumping"
