what's all needed to put a jspec itr motor in a gsr? TIA

Just wondering, why would you? I would use that money for mods on the GSR.

my friend blew his gsr motor. there's a complete 98 jdm b18c5 i can get my hands on just want to make sure i have everything and what i can use from the gsr. That's what kind of question it is.

VERY wrong. Sorry to see your car like that Cheeze. I'm guessing your friend will need stuff like a tranny, intake manifold, motor mounts, etc.

I spun a rod bearing and toasted the crank and three of the rods, so I bought a 2000 B18C5 from acura, and it turned out cheaper somehow than trying to buy a new B18C1 crank, rods, and type R pistons, and the type R crank and rods are much better, the crank is balanced better for higher rpms, and the rods can handle more. I needed no modifications to do this swap, however it was just the block.
