Default Scammer alert: Dennis Vu, B00sted4dr

I realy hate to do this but after many efforts to try and resolve this problem, with no avail, I have come to the conclusion that Dennis VU of Houston,TX is a scammer. Here is the story, make your own judgment.

Purchased a block from B00sted4dr,Dennis Vu for 500 plus shipping charges. Block was represented as "I have a 95 GSR stock block that comes with everything except a piston and rod in cylinder #1, oilpan, and knock sensor. Piston #1 hit the valves messing it up. All cylinders are still in great condition.
". Also communicated through instant messenger that the block did not have any cracks.

After recieving the block. I noticed a big chip in cylinder #1.
Ok, no big deal as long as the block is usuable. So the block was checked out by the machine shop. Machine shop reported:
That cylinder #3 is also damaged, as well as the damage in cylinder #1.
After recieving the bad news i contacted the seller through AIM and honda-tech's private message. I demanded that he refund me the price of the block(he does not have to pay for shipping), and I would return his block back to him. He then replied with by telling me to sell the block to someone else, or to try and see if fedex's insurance would take care of it. I told him no, becausehe needs to be responsible for selling a misrepresented block, whether he knew it was cracked or notand demanded a refund. I notified him that I would give him 1 week to respond before I would take legal action. It has been 1 week now, I have filed a complaint with the IFCC, Police Dept. and Will be filing small claims suit.

Summary:
Dennis Vu of houston, misrepresented a engine block as being in good conditon w/o cracks.

I was sold a cracked block
He did not do anything to refund me or make things right,.
Even after giving him many chances, and notifications.

Proof:
Machinist who inspected the block: Joe Hicks; owner of CAR PARTS MACHINE SHOP
CONTACT #:915) 532-3475
