Default EG radiator for auto vs manual... whats the difference?

I am looking to replace/upgrade my radiator... some radiators say they are "manual only".

unfortunately my civic is auto, why won't a radiator for a manual civic fit an auto civic, what's the difference?

I have a 92 dx hatch, auto with a y8 mini-me swap.
thanks.

Yeah it's just a line that runs through one of the end tanks to help keep the tranny cool. You can run a manual style radiator, but you will need an external tranny cooler...
