need tips for my EG rear suspension
sup guys. Ok, lately ive been entering in some road course practices and i like it alot but my car handles like a brick sometimes going in and out of turns. right now i only have intrax lowering springs and 01 gsr struts. I just ordered the skunk 2 pro series coilovers and i know that will help but im looking at getting new LCAs so i can run a sway bar. My question is should i buy aftermarket LCAs like omni or should i just get OEM DC2 LCAs and find an aftermarket sway bar with that. i just dont want to buy omni LCAs and find out later that the holes are in the wrong place and i can't run a sway bar. Thanks for any help guys.
also, does anyone know if the skunk rear tie bars a worth a **** or if its just for bling bling.

you can get the dc rear lower control arms and use the oem sway bars from the gsr or LS...u can also do the front....or buy the omni's, my friend has the omni LCA and his OEM sway bar bolts up perfect....just remember..your risking getting aftermarket LCA's and then after market sway bars and not knowing if there going to bolt up to the holes on the LCAs...at least if u get everything OEM it will bolt up...especially if u just get the OEM DC LCA's u can buy the after market Sways for that LCA that u have...and knowing it will bolt up
btw the skunk2 tie bar should stiffin up the car...i have friends with the tie bar..they seem to like it..or u can get the benan strong bar

FYI: the sway-bar holes in OMNI LCAs are in the wrong place for a EG/DC rear sway bar. For some reason all the aftermarket LCA manufacturers decided to use the EK swaybar hole location (which has a totaly different end-link design). What happens on an EG/DC, is the end link is at a horrible angle, and causes unwanted stress, and makes the sway-bar ineffecient...
The only aftermarket LCAs I've seen that are made correctly for the EG/DC chassis, are the ones from Function 7. The only problem with these is that they cost about $70 more than new OEM ones. If you want, you could pick up a whole rear swaybar kit from an Integra from Import Auto Salvage by clicking here. These are salvage parts though, so make sure they are not bent once you recieve them. If you have any problems, IAS will replace them for you (they are really good guys)...

yeah, ive bought from import auto salvage before, theyre only like an hour from where i live, and they have pretty good service. but thats cool, i guess ill just go ahead and get integra LCAs and the integra sway bar and that should be sufficent enough for now.
