car won't start HHHEEELLLPPP

my crx still won't start. no priming of the fuel pump. i took the main line at the rail off and no fuel came out after a few cranks. tried a new main relay. checked fuses and tried another ecu. still nothing. came home from work turned off. then tried to start and thought i was maybe out of gas. 2 gallons of fuel then no start. next morning starts right up. then after day in the sun no start. tried new ecu and main relay still nothing.
any suggestions appreciated.
