Default boosting a b18a1 motor?

how much boost can a stock b18a1 engine... a safe amount that won't blow it?
otherwise, what are some estimated HP #'s for a well n/a tuned b18? BTW this is in a 95 civic hatch.

thx

8-10 psi with adaquate tuning on a dyno, it should give you pretty good numbers

I'd stick with 6-8psi myself. The majority of people who I see boost never tune their car, they just run it.

Now, I'm not saying you're not going to tune it.. If you do, I'd still switch with 6-8psi to be safe.
