this is my first time posting pictures i hope i'm doing it right the car is a 1993 eg with a 1999 gsr swap and type r tranny........... it went from auto to 5 speed










well the problem with the car is my vtec hits at 5500 rpms but i dont feel the car pulling like it did when the motor was in the gsr could it be a computer problem, it has p28 from a 1995 civic ex (i think)

You just answered your question. Unless it's a chipped p28 with a DOHC VTEC program then if thats the case then it could be the burned program. the first thing I would do is check to see if you have atleast a p30, if not a p72 ECU in there. SOHC & DOHC computers have different programming on them obviously and if the wrong program is being used on the motor then yeah it will NOT run the same. And yeah, read the rules please

well from the pics, looks like ur runnin the stock gsr intake manifold, the p28 doesnt have iab(secondary butterfly valve) sensor, so ur secondaries arent opening to allow more air in. u need to get a p72 ecu to have things run right. or u can pick up a aftermarket im such as a skunk2, blox, ect, then u can run the p28 with a chip for optimized performance.
