Default anyone put rear 6x9's in a teg? how ?

I just bought new 6x9's for my integra and noticed the rear speakers are 6 1/2's...is there an easy way to modify it to fit the 6x9 without damaging the interior?

if you pick up some speaker baffles they sound rather decent. ive got some infinity reference 3ways on my deck to accomadate my 6 1/1 compnenet fronts and 6 1/2 3ways in the rear sides...man it gets nice sound, but if you plan on adding subs later and still want some trunk space id recomend getting different speaker because i had some trouble keeping my trunk w/ my 3 10's becuase the speaker hang down a few inches not leave all to much space for anything...good luck w/ it tho and do mess up the cuts...those rear decks from hond are worth a pretty penny!!! I recomend you get another one used and do it on.

6 x 9's sound like ***....just go with the stock size...there isn't supposed to be much sound coming from the rear anyway....concentrate on your front stage....use the rear just for rear fill...

I'm not a fan of 6 X 9's but if you cut some holes in the parcel tray and make some solid baffles to bolt them to out of 18mm customwood or something thay should sound ok.
The other dude was right, it makes it more difficult to fit a sub box in there with the speaker magnets in the road.
When I bought my teg it had 6x9's bolted straight to the parcel tray and it sounded like crap so I wouldn't recommend doing that

thanks for the repiles guys. i wanted 6x9s mainly for a lil more bass w/o subs. but if errones advising against em, the 6.5s are staying.
