No oil getting to turbo
How do you know there's no oil getting to the turbo? do you have the feed line disconnected from the turbo and going into a bucket or something?
When I checked mine I had the line going to a bucket. I started the car and let it run for a second or two. I could see oil squirting out so I knew it worked.

It's probably pumping up the line, but you're not cranking long enough, and it gravity feeds back into the system when you stop..
Just hook it up to the turbo and start it. As long as there is no debris in the line.. you don't need to worry. the wheels are unlikely to spin at idle and even if they did, the turbo should have oil in it from the factory until the pressure hits the turbo itself.

I have mine running along the top of the VC too and mine is ok. Just leave it disconnected and try starting the car up and let it run for a 2-3 seconds.
EDIT: another thing I do when I change put in a new oil filter is I fill it up to the brm with oil and let it soak through. I hear that this helps build up oil pressure a little faster, since the filter is already saturated in oil.

i had to crank mine for about 20-30 seconds non-stop to get the oil light to go out.......keep cranking.......or just start the damn thing....the oil moves pretty fast in that thin line......

turbo has some oil in it from the factory.
If your worried, but you dont need to, put some oil in the turbo.
Really all you need to do is just start it, it will be fine. You spun the blades by hand and there was no problem. Cause theres oil in there already.
