Yes they are.
As for the centercaps, just put them on till i figured something else to do. I just wish the acura caps fit on it. I don't like the way they look with nothing there so maybe I will paint them black.

i took a pic with the door open, and then closed. used photoshop, and feathered and deleted liek 25%
he has to lift it, he rubs in the front.
