I have a problem with my computer .

I got it chip and with a SKUNK2 chip and now it wont go past 4500 rpm.

anybody has any ideas????????????

Sounds like the chip wasn't installed properly.

 

CEL????

 

possibly a bad chip?

 

If you are getting a CEL, crack the case open and look form white lettering on the ECU board, near the lower right corner with the J1 right near it. There should be a short segment of wire here, cut it

Reset power to the ecu, and if the cel does not come back, its the chip, if it comes back, its the soldering work
