Default Coilovers or Lowering Springs?

i was just wondering, i have a 93 Del sol, and i don't know what i should get for it, coilovers or lowering springs. It is my daily driver, but also want to make it a show car, and don't want to drive it in snow. Coilovers are adjustable, and springs are not. if i need to raise or lower my car, coilovers are great. But if i want to make it a show car and not drive it in winter, then lowering springs are the best way. Tell me what you think?

And if i lower my car about a 1 1/2 inches, do you think ill need a camber kit?
