Default Where is a good place to shop for motors?

I am currently working on a b16 swap into my eg coupe. I bought a b16 block off a friend who did a b20 so i spent like $50 on the block. Another friend gave me GSR cams when he replaced his with Type-R cams. I was loking for a head and a transmission and was wondering where to shop? Osakajdmmotors.com has descent prices but was wondering where else is good to look. I want a B16 head and a hydrolic tranny. Is there much difference between a cable and hydrolic? how much should i expect to spend on just a head and tranny?

Most of the places i search will only sell the full motor swap. Since i have gsr cams i can install them into a 1st gen. head. From what i heard the main difference in the two heads is the cams. So i am looking for just head and tranny.

first of all, most likely when you buy a head it will come with cams. seconed, if you are shopping for a old integra non-vtec head and your planning on putting gsr cams in it, it aint gonna work. maybe i misunderstood you.

I know you cant make a non vtec head vtec. What is the difference between a 1st gen b16 & a 2nd gen b16? If i buy a 1st gen b16 head and swap the b18c1 cams, wont the head run like a 2nd gen b16? What else will i have to replace other than the cams?
