Help.....Trying to choose proper TB size for turbo application.
Ok goal is somewhere around 550whp, i see some ppl do fine with just 65mm and some ppl go with 70-72mm. Anyone with some info please chime in.

Depends on a lot of things. . .
How high are you going to be revving, how high will you be making power, what is the outlet size of the hot size of your IC.
Lots of info to take into account before making a decision like that.
