Exedy Stage 1 full face organic clutch kit
I did a few searches but couldn't find a direct answer. I'm used to a stock clutch but it's going. Will the Stage 1 Exedy I mentioned in the title be much harder? meaning will my left leg be sore from having to press extra hard on the pedal. I drove my boys B16 coupe with an ACT kit and I'm hoping it's not anywhere close to that hard. I don't want one leg bigger than the other.
By the way it's for an everyday driven B20vtec EG w a B16 tranny.

I had an exedy stg 1 and it was pretty much exactly like stock.

I would like to see a photo of the disc. There is no way that they can sell a genuine Exedy at $129 and make a profit.

that $129 or whatever exedy is just an OE Replacement clutch...Then theres the Exedy Racing clutch division...Exedy is made by Daiken CO., Who makes OE Clutches for many japanese cars. Theyre distributed sometimes under "EXEDY".
Its funny, because when i used to work at Autozone...I sold an older woman a clutch for a late 80's Corolla All-Trac, and I pulled it out of the 'Duralast Clutch' Box, and out came a purple disc with 'EXEDY' Stamped right on it

BTW, I have an EXEDY Stg. 1 race clutch with a ACT 12LB Flywheel, I love the combo...No chatter at all, extremely driveable...Better than the ACT I Had in my SOHC By Far. Pedal feels like 20 percent above stock. Perfect.

No, it will work just fine, but if you're putting out a decent amount of power , i would just save a little extra $$$ and buy the stage 1...The OEM will feel a little bit soft betwee n hard shifts
ya..i want have stiff pedal feel..after driving oem clutch for 40k. feels pretty soft
possible to get just different plate for stiff pedal feel??
