Default new with a honda

hi guys names adam
i use to have a mazda protege but i got in reck bout two months ago.
so i bought a 88 civic 4 door and i want to make it sleeper. so im lookin for any ideas for it i know what motor i want just findin it is harder than it looks. i want a 90 b18 ls nonvtec. i need some suspension ideas to should i slam t to the ground or just lower it conservitaly.

f you're looking for it to be a sleeper, than slamming it is a bad idea.

even the "sleeper look" that ppl used to have with hondas is a telltale sign that there's something under the hood. it used to be you saw a lowered EF or EG on rims and thought nothing of it, but nowadays, that means there's at least a b16 under the hood...

there's a suspension forum, go check that out, just read through it, there should be some good info over there. a few good suspensions are omni power, and ground control, and a few other i cant remember, and for a traction bar, go with full race. There should be a thread about "the best traction bar"

Low car=better center of gravity=better handling.
There's no way around that. If you raise the car, it's gonna be a bitch launching that thing. And lots of energy will go to waste.

If you want better handling you can always install some big *** sway bars, aftermarket struts and strut tower bars.
