b16 head.. Can it be fixed.. These were caused from low oil presh? I guess.. anyway here they are.

Yes, it can be fixed. Just take it to a local machine shop and they will take care of it.

doesn't look too bad. If it was mine i'd just smooth it up with some emery cloth. What does the cap look like though?

yeah i would use some emery cloth or maybe even a high grit sandpaper. or put the caps back on and use a small honing tool and soft stone, make sure you keep it lubed with oil while you sand /hone

I think with a mild hone it would be okay as well! - make sure you go to a reputatable machine shop as well
