How to identify CTR cams?

According to the first pic, all the JDM Intake cams are the same as the 97-99 north american ones.
According to one in the middle, the CTR and ITR are all the same for exhaust.
I know how to read, but other than that I don't know much.

I bought this cam today....the guy said it is a 01 ITR...it has the double ring my question is.....is there a diff lift on the ctr and 01 itr or r they the same?
