this is actually the exact same car i had b4 91 dx auto. right now i am trying to think up which power plant to try this time. either way i am swapping to a manual trans again.

paid 1300, the car is from FL has ZERO rust and has 174k. there is a newer auto trans in it and there is a 1.6 vtec with 40k. the car isn't running yet, the previous owner did the swap and couldn't get it started. i think he messed up the resistor box part of the mpfi swap. car has brand new tires all around new rotors and pads all around , and it came with some 17" volk te37 copies i am selling here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1289360

Very nice, and even nicer at the price! Looks like it'd be a good deal at twice the price (but don't tell the previous owner that).

My '91 Torino Red DX 5-speed is a li'l jealous now...



No VTEC here. Dropped in an '89 D16A6 that I had lying around. I knew it was a great motor (well, for a non-VTEC SOHC, anyway) - 200k on the engine, never burned or leaked oil. Dropped it in about 20 months and 26,000 miles ago, and it's still strong and reliable. Mated it to a hybrid transmission (ZC 1-4/HF 5/Si FD&Diff).

Love the color. Mine's not original paint. Original owner had it completely resprayed about 7 years ago when hail damage was repaired. The color on mine isn't quite Torino Red; it seems to have more red and more metallic in it. I still like it, though. I think I'll keep it.

Now don't sell yours this time!!
