CD player code... have serial# if someone can take a stab at it.
I know the "Search ****'s" are dying to jump in on this one.. anyways, I have a oem cd player I took out of my old teg, I got a new deck so I gave it to my bro, I hooked it up today and its throwing the security code.... I cant get the number out of my teg because its a DA and the cd player is from a 97 DC.. anyways here is the number I was able to take off of the cd player, if anyone can help it would be great..

Serial # 96G302013</TD></TR></TABLE> Just go to the dealer with your teg, or any teg for that matter, tell them you want to reinstall the Stock HU but you lost the code, most Honda/Acura dealers will give you the code for free.

they will check the vin num of the car....and if the same cd player dont come up they wont give it to you.
vice versa...by checking the cd player...they will know its not the same vin as the car.
go to a junkyard and get a recipt saying you bought it from them....then acura wont have a problem doing that....
