it'll fit but i don't know about losing power, it'll feel like all your power is working on a long gear ratios. i dont think you'll like how it feels on a f22 tranny. your vtec wont work either. but if your just a regular driver and it shouldnt bother u..

I hope what you meant to say that he might fall out of VTEC between shifts... Changing your tranny will not effect VTEC engaging...

i remember when buying a wrong used tranny from the junk yard for my h22a1. i slapped it on and didnt know it was a f22 tranny. everything plugged, even the vss. there was no vtec heard after 5,000rpm, and of course i didnt like the gear ratios. i had to pull that freakin f22 tranny off again and bring it back to the junk yard and told them i didnt ask for a god damn f22 tranny! "i asked for a god damn h22 tranny!" then they told some worker to go grab the right one and they freaking grabbed a freakin h23 tranny..! i was like fu*k! (they where mexican) i told them give my money back cuz they dont know what they're doing. I suggest get the right type of tranny for your car.

The tranny has nothing to do with vtec

well i thought so, because my old h22 tranny vtec kicks @ 5,500rpm and now i put on another tranny and it kicks at 5,100rpm. i wonder what happened but only changing the tranny..nothing else. When i had the f22 tranny on, the vtec doesnt kicks, then h22 tranny on, the vtec kicks. this is weird then.

The only thing that makes some kinda reasonable sense would be that the tack is off and picks up different on that tranny then the other one possibly

nothing you say makes any kind of sense whatsoever. what does the ethnicity of the workers at the junkyard you went to have anything to do with how bad your car sucks?

actually my car does not suck..they sucks to think we asian are stupid enough that we couldnt realize what kind of bad-mannered business they are doing. then afterward rejectin their sales, i had to call Watanbe shop (an asian jdm shop) they went well and gave me the right tranny. not to cause offense on the ethnicity but if they wanna do business on import parts..do business appropriately.. you would hate to be on the other end..
