Hey,

Are the needles in the stock 00 Civic Si suppose to be dark, cuz they dont light up. I noticed that my gauge cluster is a little bit more darker then lots of other gauge clusters...

 

I don't believe they light up at all on any Civic. On my EJ1, before I did my amber guage cluster they lit up white. Now, when it's amber, they light up an amber color.

I may be wrong on this, but I believe that they don't light up.

 

I've seen the tips dark at certain parts of the cluster.. I don't know exactly why this happens, but i'm curious to find out. Maybe some of the bulbs on the back need to be changed?

 

Perhaps the two top bulbs that shine onto the faces burnt out. I know when my friend's bulbs burnt out, it was hard to see the needles.

 

i recently changed my guage bezel, and noticed that the top bulb by my fuel guage is out, makes it hard to see the needle. shouldn't be too hard to change the bulb.
