cel 43 need some help

i have a 92 cx hatch i just put a d15b in it and im getting a cel its 43 Fuel supply system but it dont come on untill im on the hwy driveing for about 15-20 mins any one know what it could be ?

If the fuel presure is staying in spec and there are no major vacuum leaks, the o2 sensor is probably bad.
