A '98 JDM ITR ECU will NOT fit in a 2000 ITR. The plug styles are slightly different. '96-'99 Integra ECU plugs differ from '00-'01 Integra ECU plugs.

I can make you a harness to allow it to be plug and play but IMO a '98 JDM ITR ECU will not be worth the money.
