unplug vtec?

Default unplug vtec?

can this hurt anything? im asking because i want to try unplugging it so it dont engage none beucase mine bogs when it hits vtec because its obd1 motor with an obd2 ecu.

Nothing wrong with it. Probably throw a CEL. Thats all. I'm about 95% sure on that.

i was converted to obd1 and i had no codes at all then i sold that ecu and now its throwing some code havent had time to check and it just bogs down in vtec and when i accelerate. I unplugged it and some of that power has came back and now it just goes through the rpms without bogging in vtec
