Default Looking for a Tuner for crome or uberdata in Dallas Area

I'm lookin for a tuner around my area in Dallas TX. I'm not sure who does this kinda tuning around here. Anyone out there know anyone in Dallas, TX? uberdata, crome?

Why not learn to do it yourself so that you can retune it whenever you want (like when you get new mods or a new car)? Uberdata and Crome are supposed to be low-budget tuning methods and paying someone to tune it for you all the time probably won't be very cheap. Plus then you can charge you friends to tune for them. Just a suggestion though...

well thats the thing i dont have a wideband o2 and/or an egt to tune my vehicle. I dont have a laptop also. Its supposed to cost effective, but yet widebands are like 3-400 bucks, egt's are like 200 bucks, and a cheap laptop for tuning 3-500 bucks. thats over a G to spend. I really dont have that kinda of money to spend. Unless there is another way i can tune myself without having to use those tools besides the laptop. That would be great. Anymore advice? i need it
