Make sure you take a dump before your run.

By "tracks" I am assuming by the content of the remainder of your post that this is a Drag Strip, not a Road Course... Correct?

Funny, I do that.

Eric Peterson coined it the power sh*t.

"Run what you brung"
Tuning depends on your car and modifications if any, but there really isn't much to do for the 1/4 mile. Just grab each of your wheels and give them a good tug to make sure there's no play (loose lugs, bad wheel bearings, etc). Make sure your lugs are torqued to spec. Should be 80 lb-ft for most Hondas. You'll want to run a very low tire pressure on the drag strip. Somewhere around 22 PSI for best traction. Do you want launch techniques/advise?

take all loose **** out of car.
drop front tire pressurne to 22-25psi.
increase rear pressure to 45psi.
launching is tough to explain - try revving to 4500rpm and letting the clutch out nice and easy. if the wheels spin too much, try a lower rpm. avoid bogging motor
