Default Boring out a B18C1

I had a few questions on this has ne1 had success boring the b18c1 out to say 82mm keeping the stock stroke of 87.2? I need help because I am getting a block that needs a bore and hone and I figured I could save the money from sleeving it to 84 and have reliability in the 82 with maybe some overbore pistons making it 82.5. I also am going to have a B16 head port matched to the type r so any help is appreciated.

In a nutshell if we could all get over halfway to a sleeved bore size everyone would be doing it. You wouldn't see guys droppping that kind of cash on a bottom end for 1.5 more mm. Go by Honda's specs on a stock block.
