Default Car won't go into gear. Help!

So here's the problem...

When I turn my car ON, it would not go into gear. When the car is OFF, it would go into gear.

So I tried putting it in 1ST gear when the car is off and then start it. Well when I did that, it started making funny noises and crap, so I shut it off.

I tow the sucker home and work on it. Come to find out, the pilot bearing was seized and a clutch bolt has backed out. I replace the pilot bearing with an OEM one and put everything back on.

So now that everything is back together, I start her up and it still won't go into gear!!!11!1 Same thing happens like before, but a little different.

This time when I start it in 1ST gear, it wouldn't rattle or nothing. It would actually function normal. The only thing is that I cant switch gears.

I'm stumped on what to do so any help would be great!
