Dash clock, speedo, tach, automatic seatbelts, turn signals DON'T WORK.

Dash clock, speedo, tach, automatic seatbelts, turn signals DON'T WORK.
Just put a clutch in my '90 Accord w/ JDM H22A.
Got it all back together, it runs and idles fine.
However, like I said- Dash clock, speedo, tach, turn signals, don't work. My automatic seatbelts will NOT engage, but when forced up, will go back down when door is opened.
I checked most of my fuses, all fine. I'm assuming I miss a ground somewhere? I can not find it tho'.
Can someone give me a hint?

Check for a ground connection comin out the firewall to the engine. Look for any loose connections around there.
