Default jdm gsr and usdm gsr

is there a difference between the two as far as water lines go?

i've see some gsr blocks that have a water line coming out the block and two water hoses coming out the main water line.

on my jdm gsr motor, i don't have a water line coming out the back of the block, but i have an extra one coming out the main water line...

You seem to have wondered into the wrong forum.

i think you are referring to the oen oil cooler set up, it has two nipples coming out of the water tube that connest to the oil coller right beind the oil filter. becasue there is no difference between the two engines except one vacuum line that goes to the evap purge solenoid, the collant hoses are the same

usdm has the heater port on the t-stat housing, and the jdm has the outlet on the water pipe above the oil filter. just run a new hose!
