Last minute is the wrong time to do upgrades.

If it's your first time, just have fresh fluids.

Good fluid, if you're in a pinch, try a local ford dealer, many car ford HP fluid in stock. Get better front brake pads too if you can, you can do without them but you'll be glad you got them if you're on track for a while... IM CarbotechAndy on this board for a good deal on Carbotech panther pads, tell him your needs and he can hook you up.

EDIT: You are talking about a road course, right? A drag strip isn't a track, it's a strip

Fluids...very good idea. Just make sure you put in a DOT3 or DOT4 type. Btw both flavors are compatible with each other (according to the manual). Watch out for DOT5 however, which doesn't work well with the OE rubber components in the brake system, and it is more hydroscopic, requiring more bleeding.

What everyone else said and........

Tyres are a quick upgrade. Try Yokohama A032R's or Falken Azinas.
Also Spoon or Mugen Thermostate - You'll be in VTEC alot more, Stops Temp related problems. Doesn't take long to change, although it's not as easy as it looks.

Enjoy.
