will a ls dist work on a obd0 jdm b16 swap if i cut off one of the leg off the dist and if i do that will vtec still kick in the same or would it be better to get a gsr dist i did the 0bd0-obd1 conversion on my 91 civic si i ahve a ls dist i think it obd1 how can i tell if it a obd1 ls dist will it work

96% sure it will work..someone back me up. I've seen stock cx dizzys on type r motors stock hf dizzys on b16's so it should work.

 

i have a ls dizzy on my b16. u just need to cut one leg off and itll work.

obd1 distributor needs a obd1 computer

use a obd0 distributor if your using a obd0 computer

u can tell if its obd1 if the plugs are grey and square.

obd0 plugs will be circle and white

 

let me check... I have a ls and b16 dizzy in the garge somewhere collecting dust
