Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with Redline Fuel Injector Cleaner. Do you guys feel if its worth it or not?

Don't waste your money......B-12 is the best thing on the planet

After 50,000KM or so and a fuel filter should have been changed out as well at that time.

Thanks guys, that b-12 stuff looks a little extreme. I'll give a bottle of redline injector cleaner a try.

 

How about trying Gumout or whatever Larry used to push. But then again, he probably heard about that stuff in jail or something

 

There has been some talk about fuel additives "cooking" cats and causing meltage and blockages...

Is the B-12 Pour-In "safe"?

I put B-12 in everything I drive....VX,CX, GV you name it. works great as a paint remover/parts cleaner too.

 

Where do you Harris boys find this chit? I've been all over town here - no one carries it

if you are lucky... (and live in certain states SC,W.VA) you can get a gallon bucket of this "wonder cleaner".

yeah.....but neglects things like oil changes in the vx.

 

Methyl Ethyl Ketone! oh baby, don't smoke within a mile of that stuff! Oh and if your hands are hot and moist, just pour a little of that stuff on and your hands will be dry and cold in no time

 

Would a can of Seafoam do the trick?

 

The redline stuff worked well for me. Took my injectors out at 90k and RC Engineering said they all flowed the correct amount and were matched.

 

I remember the guys at Jackson Racing recommened RedLine Fuel Injector Cleaner to me back in 1991-2. I used it regularly in my cars since, and been very happy with it.

I use that stuff at work all day We have like 200 gallons of it at a time.
This stuff is the best degreaser ever. Dont breathe it for to long though.
