Default Shimming KAAZ LSD?

Trying to finish up my install on a kaaz LSD and i removed both shims, put on both enclosed bearings and set the lsd in the case with no shims on either side..... closed up the case and tq'd it down...... the lsd has a hard time spinning while in there.... and there is no room for a shim! is it supposed to be like this? the bearings are seated all the way down on the LSD and the LSD is sitting flush on both ends of the casing.... anyhelp or input would be apperciated ( SP? )

just bouncing around some ideas could it be that the bearings are pressed on too far and the diff is dragging on the case?

Are you using the tapered bearing or the roller bearing(like in a b16 tranny).

The B16 ball bearing is NOT the same as a GSR/ITR bearing! If you are using the B16 ones, this is our problem as the spacing is different. Get some GSR/ITR ones and you will be all set.
