took about 3 hours , I had a shop do it. It saves about 45 lbs.
I removed: CONDENSER,COMPRESSOR,EVAPORATOR,FAN,HOSES & WIRING.

Only thing I need to get is the air duct thingy between the heater core and the blower.(black box is the evaporator)


Here's a pic of the plastic duct.(Comes from cars with no a/c)


so basically I have an entire ef a/c system for sale.

Ahem, Mosture in the lines **** them up. Tape up those ends as soon as you can.

 

I just discovered that my compressor is most likely shot... Will you sell just the compressor or everything together?

Yeah, the price is really high. You could prolly just order it brand new from honda for that price lol

 

When I removed mine I just took the evaproator out of the box threw it away
and put the box back in. Best thing is with a/c gone you save 1 million hours doing heater blower fan.

Turns out to be $530.36.. So ummm yeah. And that would be BRAND NEW parts.. so the extra 200 bucks would be worth it, no?

The point is your trying to sell your a/c setup for WAY to much, a junk yard wouldn't even charge the amount you are asking for.

I am not selling junk here.. the A/C System was installed maybe 3-4 years ago. It's very new still.

I am taking offers.

 

I could see you getting $200 for it, but that's it.

yea good luck on $300!! Anyway I removed my a/c about a month ago and I enjoy the space that it freed up!

NO AC here ad DrDisco69 doesn't have any either.

 

I must confess, however, that on really hot days, I take the AE86, which does have AC... It's more a matter of comfort than survival though.
