You need a MC from a 91 Civic EX 4dr. This one is 15/16" (yours is 13/16"), and it's the proper size for a NON ABS GSR brake system. The 91 EX 4dr MC bolts directly to your existing brake lines & booster, so no need to worry about anything else. They cost about $140 brand new directly from Honda (www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or http://www.slhondaparts.com).

Also, once you crack open the brake system, I would go around to each wheel about 3-5 times, while bleeding about 8-12 pump/bleed steps per wheel per round...

I would bleed it again. It sounds like you still have air in the lines.
