Ok this is the situation, I have just swapped a b16a in my ef hatch, and when ever i crank it, it will start and idle like at 100 rpms for a few secs, then it will eventually die. THen ill try to crank it again and it wont crank at all, ive noticed that my fuel filter keeps leaking fuel, ive tightend it and everything, but no results. Im starting to think i may have my fuel lines backwards, any info is helpful. PLEASE help meh outt.

if its leaking, you need to replace the copper washers

the fuel lines should be-the one towards the drivers side goes to the fuel rail, i think

 

leaking fuel filter should tell u alot about the problem..its been isolated..so go after it..

 

but how would you go about doing that( going after the isoalted problem). I know the filter is fairly new, because i changed it maybe a month or two ago, ive also changed the washers. I was wandering why the two screws that go into the fitler look different, is there a reason for that?, any ways im off to try changing the lines and plugs, hopefully this will help.
