I have an apex avcr on my boosted integra with a tial 35mm wastegate when the avcr is set to off setting which is 4lbs on the wastegate the car runs fine when i turn it to setting A which is 10lbs of boost the car starts to sputters on 5000rpm to redline and the connection of the avcr is the COM connection which is the top of the wastegate and the connection NC is connected to the bottom of the wastegate
is there any other connection or settings that u guys know on a turbo honda setup with this boost controller thanks.

 

The boost controller does a very simple thing: It increases boost when you ask it to. It has no control over any other part of your engine, and thus the only possible problem is that your engine isn't tuned right for 10 PSI.

 

You also have the boost controller hooked up wrong.

It should be like this:

1) boost source->side port on wastegate
2) boost source->NC
3) COM->top port on wastegate
