I'm running Tanabe Sustec df210. Its a 2in. drop. No pics right now but with stock wheels and tires there is no gap to be had. A friend of mine has the Neuspeed race springs and Koni yellows he's tucking the stock wheels and tires. Neuspeed is 2 1/4 inch drop. With the stock shocks it rode pretty good although the df line from Tanabe in my opinion is a little soft. Took a ride with my friend on the Neuspeed it seemed a little more firm more sporty. If you're looking to go low with just springs I suggest go with Neuspeed. With this type of drop if you haven't planned on it already I suggest getting aftermarket shocks while you're at it. I just installed some Tokico D-specs after a year on stock. When the stocks go out it feels like ****. Hope this was helpful. Oh yeah and if I'm not mistaken Neuspeed has the lowwest drop out for the ep.

I'm in the same situation as you, I like the ep3's and was looking to get one, the first thing I would like to do is lower it too From what I've been reading/researching about any car, not just ep3's, ppl say not to go with just springs, to go with coilovers, I searched for awhile and I can't seem to find alot of parts for ep3's, like name brand parts off known websites, can anyone show us a nice sites with good products, good prices, and which coilovers and worth the money.

And if I was to go with coilovers would i have to worry about hurting the stock suspesion or anything along those lines?
-Thanks in advance guys!

I use Eibach ProKits on my EP3. A conservative 1" drop.

You have to take in consideration what you're gonna do with the car. If it's just a daily driver a $1800 set of full coilovers will probably be overkill unless you're looking for a bling factor that you can't even see. On the other hand if you track your car every weekend it might be something worth investing. I've read that a lot of people who auto x go with a Ground Control coilover and Koni yellow setup. It gives you a large range of ajustment in height and dampening. The vendor area at ephatch usually has pretty good deals for ep parts http://www.ephatch.com/forum/f...f=188. Or check out the sponsor section on this site. And about hurting the stock suspension on coilover sleeves it would really depend on how low you go. You can ride stock struts for a while but the lowwer you go the quicker you're gonna need to get replacements.

it is quite a very learning site for the ep. i seem to look around there more, than here nowadays. it gives you a breakdown of springs, coilovers and suspension products you may find for the ep. i went ahead and linked you directly.

suspension options under ephatch.com

the question left is and will always be, what is the primary use of "lowering" the ep? (ie. daily driving with a combination of track use once or twice a month, complete drag car, complete road race ep etc.)

I think I am going to go with H&R 2 inch drop until I can get real coilovers! Anyone running these on stock shocks? If so how do you like them and how do they ride? I need to lower this thing, it sits so high ! Thanks again guys!
