ok somethin is not right i have posted and searched on this topic but to no good things to come out of it. So i first start my car and everything is all good pulls an accelerates like normal, but when it heats up and i drive it for awhile it doesnt it accelerates like slower than a stock crx its bad it didnt do this until after i hit the stupid deer a couple weeks back, im getting a knock sensor cel but have been getting for way longer then before i hit the deer almost a month or 2 before i just got my knock sensor and am planning to install i as well did a tune up and oil change to remedy problem but that did not fix it.


any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

yea the knock sensor light but that has been on for about 2months and this just started happening

 

you shouldn't drive around with a knock sensor cel on that cel is to help protect from detonation i would bet there is something wrong with your timing and it just finally got bad enough to make your ecu retard the hell our of your ignition timing making it drive so slow just a guess but you should really solve the knock cel and i bet it'll fix your problem isn't it a pain in the *** to read a post without punctuation?

 

no not really hahah but im typing at work and very fast. So yea i plan on fixing the knock sensor cel prob tonite actually i have it im just waiting to use my friends lift to do it
