B18a block ls/vtec ctr pistons

I am selling the block i bought for my car with the plans of doing an lsvtec swap due to the fact that i am moving out.
I bought it from a honda technician who had it in a hatch that he eventually swapped to b20vtec. Here is the discription he gave me.
B18a shortblock.
CTR .25mm oversized pistons.
shotpeened rods.
micorpolished crank.
new bearings.
new type R oil pump.
new seals and gaskets.
New Oil pan
Decked ten thousandths
I have a b18a short block with CTR pistons. Stock rods. Low miles. Maybe 5k.
New oil pump, bearings, etc. Put your vtec head on it and haul ***!
My setup made 205whp. Ran 12.8 @105mph with a b16 head with crower cams, type R intake and 70mm throttle body. custom
header and a few hours on the dyno. Going to a 2.0 so I have no need
for this. This is an all motor setup.
