I am selling the block i bought for my car with the plans of doing an lsvtec swap due to the fact that i am moving out.
I bought it from a honda technician who had it in a hatch that he eventually swapped to b20vtec. Here is the discription he gave me.

B18a shortblock.
CTR .25mm oversized pistons.
shotpeened rods.
micorpolished crank.
new bearings.
new type R oil pump.
new seals and gaskets.
New Oil pan
Decked ten thousandths

I have a b18a short block with CTR pistons. Stock rods. Low miles. Maybe 5k.
New oil pump, bearings, etc. Put your vtec head on it and haul ***!
My setup made 205whp. Ran 12.8 @105mph with a b16 head with crower cams, type R intake and 70mm throttle body. custom
header and a few hours on the dyno. Going to a 2.0 so I have no need
for this. This is an all motor setup.

Are they the 8mm rod bolts or 9mm rod bolts? Did you have to machine out the rods for the bolts?

 

price? any trades?

 

not sure on the rod bolts, I will find out though, As for trades I guess it would depend on what you have. And for price I would like to get 600 obo.
