I want to learn how to tune
I am pretty sure the unanimous answer is going to be get started with the EFI 101 class that Ben Strader teaches. From what I hear he goes through everything it takes to tune an FI engine from scratch. Or, you can learn on your friends cars, that way when it comes time to tune yours it won't be a problem.

You can't just up and 'learn' to tune in an afternoon. It takes time and is a long process. Even the top tuners are never done learning, the best guys learn something from every tuning session and add that knowledge to their arsenal. Your best bet is to find an experienced tuner in your area and maybe help them out on jobs etc etc.
